Vacuum Molding Inlet Trap MV Multi-Trap Vacuum Inlet Trap protects vacuum pumps on metal injection molding, vacuum com- pression molding, and vac- uum hydraulic press pro- cesses. Designed to keep vacuum molding presses operating by protecting their vacuum pumps from waxes, polymers, volatile
vapors, and moisture from the gas stream. Providing a knock- down stage for collecting heavy solids and condensables plus an optional cooling coil, users can precisely match this trap to their own process requirements. Featuring user-replaceable fi lter elements, the trap can be confi gured with two stages of 10 elements or one stage of fi ve. Filter elements include copper or stainless steel gauze, molecular sieve, activated charcoal, Sodasorb, and pleated polypropylene. Made from stainless with NW40 to ISO-100 fl anges, the trap is offered in a variety of sizes.

hp (0.55–18.5 kW), it offers one of the highest power densi- ties in its class. Optional operator panel may be mounted to the inverter for commissioning.
