FRACTIONAL LIFE has announced new homes for two of its fl agship industry events. The conference and exhibition
organiser revealed last month that its second annual Shared Ownership Fractional Summit Middle East will be held at the Burj Al Arab hotel (pictured right) on November 21 2011. The event, which was launched last
year, is designed to promote awareness of shared and fractional ownership real estate in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. The networking event also allows
industry professionals to make new business contacts and to share best practice. It builds on the success of last year’s inaugural event, which set the standard for fractional ownership conferences and highlighted the exciting potential for growth in the Gulf. Fractional Life events manager
Tracey Carter told OPP “we set the bar last year by hosting an innovative new conference at the Yas Hotel in Abu Dhabi.” “This year we will deliver an even
better event at the Burj Al Arab, one of the world’s best known hotels and
the Gulf’s most iconic building.” And, after four years at the Broadgate Arena in the heart of the City of London, Fractional Life is moving its Fractional Life Expo event. The Expo is going to be held
this year in a dedicated fractional ownership zone at The Property Investor Show & OPPLive 2011, which will be held at ExCeL London from October 13 to 15 2011. The Fractional Life Expo is Europe’s
biggest consumer fractional ownership exhibition says the organisers and the move to The Property Investor Show & OPPLive 2011 comes as a result of “consumer-led market research and redevelopment work at Broadgate Arena, along with the synergies that arise from working with OPP and Property Investor Media,” says Fractional Life. The organisers are convinced that
“the move is a natural choice and will give Fractional Life a great opportunity to introduce the fractional ownership concept to an even greater number of lifestyle buyers and investors.” And, they add, “it also gives fractional real estate developers
and service providers the chance to showcase their products to high quality b2b and b2c audiences.” Fractional Life boss Piers Brown
told OPP “the move comes at an exciting time for fractional real estate – the concept is becoming more popular across the globe, and the choice of product is now really incredible.” “We are looking forward to
showcasing the very best in fractional ownership to an increasingly engaged public, and to real estate professionals who want to find out more about the sector.” Also, according to Property Investor
Show managing director, Nick Clark, “recent renewals of The Property Investor Show & OPPLive have attracted participation by a number of companies offering fractional propositions.” “However, the inclusion of Fractional Life will enable the event to give this important segment of the investor market a higher profile and greater focus than has been possible hitherto. The initiative is a sensible one for all of the parties involved.” The Fractional Life Expo will be
