Measure Up?
Your weight is a measure of the pull of gravity between you and the planet or moon you are standing on. This force of gravity depends on a few things. First, it depends on your mass and the planet's or moon's mass. Second, it depends on your distance from the center of the planet or moon. The farther you are from the center, the weaker the pull between the planet or moon and your body. Your mass on Earth, the moon,
or Mars would be the same. But your weight would change.
