To qualify, this individual must have good verbal and written communication skills; be able to read, interpret and evaluate film with reference to standards, specifications and related documentation. Accept or reject items found to be discrepant or unacceptable and prepare appropriate documentation for disposition of such items. Level III must be able to write qualified procedures and develop MPT, LPT, UT and/or RT technique sheets for each part. Level III must be able to teach, train and supervise all levels of NDE technicians. Maintain NDT inspection files and records in accordance with current operating procedures and summarize results for inspection. Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Inspec- tion Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing.
