HELP WANTED LEAN MANUFACTURING MANAGER


Lee Brass Foundry is looking for a dynamic indi- vidual to guide our Lean Manufacturing process. This person will have sole anonymity in the struc- ture and design of the process in the facility.


One must have the ability to work with all manufacturing departments, managers and su- pervisors to accomplish set goals and results.


The job requires a lot of creativity and planning to oversee all aspects of a Lean Manufacturing pro- cess. This person will report to the CEO/President.


Duties & Responsibilities: • Understanding the work practices


• Investigate aspects that are keeping employee output from their potential


• Formulate creative plans in order to enhance the productivity of employees


• Improve inventory • Training employees in better work practices


• Implementing new and effective working principles.


Strong communications, observation, analysis, and management skills are needed in this job function. Ability to maintain healthy relation- ships with all levels of the organization is necessary for success.


Education:


Degree preferred, Lean Manufacturing certification required.
