Expo brings together industry suppliers, metalcasters and casting buyers in a unique comingling of mutual interests. The event features a large equipment exhibition, Cast in North America, and a full four days of educational and professional programming. This year for the first time, Cast- Expo is offering five short-format courses from the AFS Institute, along with technical presentations, roundtable discussions and panels as part of the Education and Expo Pass. The programming covers a broad range of professional interests in job categories, including execu- tive, HR and marketing; environ- mental health and safety; casting design and purchasing; ferrous; nonferrous; molding and finishing; quality and engineering; and devel- oping/advanced technology. Also new this year are high
quality keynote speakers who will address different aspects of profes- sional and metalcasting develop- ment each day. These keynotes are available to all CastExpo attendees. All attendees also will have access to the Hub @ the Expo, a dedicated

The new and updated highlights of CastExpo’16 are joined by the events and sessions familiar to this popular exhibition, such as the Hoyt Memorial Lecture, Division Recognition Luncheon, Presidents Luncheon and Annual Business Meeting, and the Annual Banquet. At the banquet, the industry’s top honor, the AFS Gold Medal, will be
