The department Supervisor is respon- sible for leading and managing her/his department as well as company projects to achieve departmental and company goals. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for a positive and produc- tive work place environment.
• Responsible for and assists in develop- ing departmental plans, goals, objec- tives, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for scheduling and organizing tasks in order to meet goal objectives.
• Responsible for the development of Utili- ties, Technicians, and Specialist in their day-to-day operations, trouble shooting abilities, and equipment upkeep.
• Mange the allocation of resources to plan, organize and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production, PM’s, and projects to fully utilize employees and equipment to meet goals.
• Must have some basic electrical and mechanical skills.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of all supplies, parts, tools and equip- ment to meet established goals.
• Responsible to insure that all person- nel is trained in efficient and safe work methods and processes, and observe and follow safe work practices and company safety rules.
• Responsible for accuracy, maintaining and on-time distribution of all depart- ment files, records, reports, and forms.
• Responsible for developing improve- ment methods and tracking in areas of costs, quality, safety, service, and production.
• Maintain a current knowledge of all company policies, goals, and proce- dures, and communicate to and enforce consistently with all employees.
• Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned.

• Responsible for accuracy, maintaining and on-time distribution of all department files, records, reports, and forms.
• Responsible for iron Chemistry analysis, accurate SPC charting, and energy conserva- tion through Least Cost charge make ups and proper procedures.
• Responsible for developing improvement methods and tracking in areas of costs, quality, safety, service, and production.
• Maintain a current knowledge of all company policies, goals, and procedures, and communicate to and enforce consistently with all employees.
• Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned.

HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Human Resource Training and Development Manager is responsible for the assessment, evaluation, training and development that will bring all employees up to acceptable performance. Responsible for the developmment, delivery or scheduling of programs and courses that will enhance employee performance. To promote and build teamwork while creating a positive and safe work environment with special, and a strong company culture that embodies a drive for success, ownership of responsibilities, and a passion for being the best. To practice daily continual improvement in all areas.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of in-house training sys- tems that address company training needs.
• Develop supervisory/management training curriculum and oversee its administration.
• Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
• Manage process of implementing training and mentoring programs for appropriate positions.
• Develop and implement a measuring system to monitor em- ployee learning and a system to insure use of learning systems.
• Promote positive company culture. • Create and maintain a sense of community, keeping Human Resource issues and morale priorities at a high level.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employ- ees and all supervisors and managers in the organization.
• Be highly visible and accessible to all employees. • Partner with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and laws.
• Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Counsel and assist employees with problems and ques- tions relating to personnel policies and procedures.
• Assist in establishing departmental measurements that sup- port the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
• Participate in the design and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of company safety and health programs.
• Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned.
Necessary Knowledge, Experience and Skills: • Must be detail oriented • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have experience in developing and implementing programs
• Must have experience in developing and managing supervisory development and training programs
• Must have experience in conducting employee counsel- ing sessions
• Must be able to operate a personal computer and main- tain accurate files
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
