The election committee has certified two candidates for the 2016 Executive Board election (listed in alphabetical order):

There are two positions up for election this year; these are the positions currently held by Mike Atkins and Ruth Haring. Candidates’ statements will appear in the April, May, and June issues of Chess Life. Ballots will be distributed to all voting members who are a current US Chess member (active as of May 4, 2016), whose membership expires on or after June 30, 2016, who will be age 16 or older by June 30, 2016, and who register to vote by May 1, 2016.
