Less Bone! More Ham Save Money!

SEMI-BONELESS CITY HAM

This ham has a sweet, moist flavor with a gentle hickory smoked accent. All of the bones except the round bone through the middle of the ham have been removed. (It is left in for added flavor as it is slowly cooked in the smokehouse.) The ham is available whole unsliced or spiral sliced. The whole, spiral sliced hams are cut and vacuumed in halves. Half hams are conveniently spiral sliced. A complimentary packet of our homemade Honey Glaze is included with each whole or half ham.

What is Semi-Boneless? All fat is removed to 1/4” or less.
