SousVide Fully Cooked Beef & Pork Roasts


Sous Vide (pronounced “Sue Veede” in the Ozarks version of Webster’s dictionary and not to be confused with “Sooie” which is used to call your hogs!) is a French method of cooking. Food is vacuum sealed in airtight plastic bags and cooked at low temperatures in a water or temperature-controlled steam environment for longer than normal cooking times. This means your pork or beef roast will be tender and moist - cooked evenly to a perfect doneness every time. Plus the natural juices and seasonings remain in the cooking bag to further enhance the flavor of your roast.
