Ready to Heat & Serve

CENTER CUT CROWN JEWEL CITY HAM

This ham is the best of the best. We start with our fresh hams, cure them for days before slowly smoking with natural hickory wood. Remove the outer butt and shank ends, leaving the center “crown jewel” cut. To finish, we trim and spiral slice for a table-ready ham. It is a beautiful bone-in ham and comes with a packet of our homemade Honey Glaze.
