The center slices will be packed two slices per package. End slices will be vacuum sealed with three or more slices per package. Freeze the ham packages and you can enjoy your ham when you want.

Now you can enjoy any of our great uncooked Country Hams a half ham at a time. The whole ham is separated into two stacks as it is sliced to make an even half ham. Every other slice is laid on alternating stacks. No shank or butt half ham, but a true half ham. Each half is then vacuum sealed in conveniently sized packages. Centers are vacuum sealed one slice per package. End slices will be vacuum sealed with three or more slices per pack- age. Must be kept refrigerated after opening.
