Stunning new showhomes launched at Bellway development in Newport
Bellway Wales has unveiled two stunning new showhomes at one of its most popular developments in the country.
The doors have been opened to the Wilcott and Walton showhomes at Monks Meadow, a development of two, three and four-bedroom homes which is helping to bring a new lease of life to the former Llanwern Steelworks site off Queensway in Newport. Both showhomes are traditional four-bedroom detached houses which are set over two floors, and Sales Director for Bellway Wales, Billie Oaten, said the new showhomes had received a fantastic reaction from visitors.
She said: “Monks Meadow has been one of our most popular sites in Wales since we opened for business here, and many home-hunters have been eagerly anticipating the launch of our showhomes here to see what we have to offer.
“Both of these showhomes are four-bedroom detached homes, and are typical of the properties we have designed for this development. Monks Meadow is geared towards modern family living, and both the Wilcott and the Walton benefit from lots of flexible living space, which allows families to adapt their home as their needs change.

The remaining 20 per cent is provided in the form of an equity loan which comes direct from the government, and the scheme is available to use on new build properties up to a value of £300,000.
A selection of three and four-bedroom homes are currently available to buy at Monks Meadow, with prices starting from £183,995.
