DEAN COSKER APPOINTED ECB CRICKET LIAISON OFFICER
The England and Wales Cricket Board is to widen the range and role of Cricket Liaison Officers (CLOs) across the county game this summer and appoint five new recruits to help support the county game, including former Glamorgan left-arm spinner Dean Cosker.
Cosker has been appointed along with four other former county cricketers - all with extensive experience and knowledge of the First Class game.
They join the four originally appointed for the 2015 season – Graham Cowdrey, Stuart Cummings, Tony Pigott and Phil Whitticase – plus former international umpire Steve Davis, who joined the panel of CLOs last summer.

TIMM VAN DER GUGTEN SIDELINED BY INJURY
Timm van der Gugten suffered a shoulder injury playing for Netherlands in the Intercontinental Cup match against Hong Kong earlier this week, which will prevent him from playing further part in the current series.
The fast bowler and Glamorgan player of the year in 2016 was injured whilst fielding for his national team and left the field after bowling only 7 overs and was unable to bat. Timm has returned to Australia for treatment and assessment, before being expected to return to Wales in March ahead of the county season.
