Andrew McIrvine, RORC Admiral and past Commodore, now secretary of the International Maxi Association, skipper of the First 40 La Réponse, past president and honorary secretary of surgery at the Royal Society of Medicine, consultant vascular surgeon at St Thomas’ Hospital, London, and at Dartford, Kent.
