Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has collaborated with Tecnair to introduce a comprehensive split solution designed for critical environments, capable of up to 21 kW. This solution marks a milestone in precise cooling technology, combining Panasonic’s cutting-edge outdoor PACi NX condensing units with Tecnair’s P Series direct expansion (DX) units. The advanced system utilises R32 refrigerant, known for its
low Global Warming Potential (GWP), ensuring eff ective cooling with minimal environmental impact. It is the ideal solution for environments where precise temperature and humidity control are crucial, yet space and load capacities are limited. The Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) DX unit ensures
precise control of the indoor climate, maintaining strict parameters for temperature and humidity. The advanced control system on the P Series units off ers full Modbus control, featuring a wide, full-graphic LCD, confi gurable digital inputs and outputs, and predictive safety systems. The system’s fl exible design allows seamless integration into various settings, while a compact footprint maximises space effi ciency. Energy-conscious users will appreciate its low operating costs and exceptional energy effi ciency, making it a cost-eff ective choice for long-term use. Additionally, a wide selection of accessories enables customisation to meet specifi c needs. Designed for quiet operation, the system places the compressor outdoors, signifi cantly reducing noise levels. Installation is highly versatile, with the ability to connect indoor and outdoor units across distances of up to 100 metres. For larger applications, the system supports networked confi gurations, allowing up to 12 CRAC units to be cascaded for expanded coverage and precise climate control.

At Installer Show 2025, Clivet is unveiling Edge Pro and Big Edge Pro–advanced, eco-friendly air-to-water heat pumps designed for effi cient home heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. Using the natural refrigerant R-290, these units provide an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional boilers while achieving an impressive A+++ energy rating for heating at both low (35 °C) and medium temperatures (55 °C). Edge Pro (4–16 kW) and Big Edge Pro (18–40 kW) combine high effi ciency with ALTODesign aesthetics, ensuring seamless integration into various installations, whether as monobloc outdoor units or with a hydronic indoor module. Their silent operation, enhanced by innovative fan designs and noise- reducing compressor technology, makes them suitable for residential applications. Edge Pro delivers 80 °C water at -10 °C outdoor temperatures, while Big Edge Pro reaches 85 °C at -15 °C. Advanced control logic enables fl exible system confi gurations, including cascading up to six units.
An intuitive control system with a full-colour interface and Wi-Fi connectivity supports remote management via a dedicated app. As part of the Clivet Smart Living ecosystem, these heat pumps are compatible with Control4 NRG and feature Smart- grid functionality for seamless integration with modern energy solutions.
