arrier Commercial HVAC UK has offi cially relocated to a new offi ce in Wimbledon. Located at 22 Worple Road in south-west London, the newly designed offi ce spans over 3,800 square metres and features a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic developed by Shoreditch-based architects BuckleyGrayYeoman. The space integrates advanced building technologies to provide a fl exible working environment tailored for hot-desking, collaborative zones, and meeting spaces. Carrier’s focus on adaptability. The new workspace is designed to foster connectivity and effi ciency amongst teams. The building holds a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and an EPC B (27) energy effi ciency score, aligning with Carrier’s sustainability initiatives and commitment to environmentally responsible solutions.
Managing Director Andrew Paddock said: “This modern, well-connected space reinforces our dedication to innovation and sustainability. It enables us to collaborate more eff ectively and continue delivering intelligent climate and energy solutions to our customers.”
An offi cial opening event was held on April 24,
with representatives from the Service, Rental, and Commercial business units gathering to explore the new facility. Bertrand Rotagnon, new equipment and
strategy director for Carrier Commercial HVAC in EMEA, described the offi ce as a forward-
looking investment, commenting: “Our new UK headquarters is designed to empower our teams, foster collaboration, and drive ongoing innovation. By embracing contemporary working practices, we can strengthen connections with customers and enhance service excellence.”
Jet Environmental secures fi rst major contract following launch of HVAC maintenance service

VAC specialist Jet Environmental has secured its fi rst signifi cant contract following the recent launch of its expanded
HVAC maintenance services. Previously focused on supporting its installed systems, Jet’s newly broadened off er now covers all HVAC equipment makes and models, regardless of the original supplier. This strategic move has already paid dividends, with Jet landing a multi-year service contract with one of the world’s largest logistics providers. The award covers a full-service maintenance programme at the client’s fl agship distribution hub at London Gateway - a highly complex facility featuring extensive temperature and humidity- controlled zones across warehousing, offi ce and catering areas. The systems in place play a vital role in supporting the storage and handling of temperature-sensitive goods. “This is a major project for us from one of the global leaders in logistics,” commented Chris Lawton, Jet Environmental’s service manager. “Work is already underway to bring the equipment across the site to peak operational
