Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK is strengthening its commitment to customers by introducing signifi cant updates to its warranty programme, alongside key improvements to its Comfort Club rewards scheme. The business has extended its warranty off erings to ensure greater peace of mind and long- term value as part of ongoing eff orts to support installers and distributors. The minimum warranty for residential air conditioning (RAC) and packaged air conditioning (PAC) systems has been increased from three to fi ve years, extendable to seven years, off ering improved coverage at no additional cost. Meanwhile, variable refrigerant fl ow (VRF) warranty levels remain unchanged, with a standard 3-year warranty extendable to seven years. Fujitsu’s enhanced warranty programme rewards those who invest in professional training. Installers and contractors can qualify for extended warranties by ensuring their employees complete annual training courses. This ensures that customers receive service from highly skilled professionals while reinforcing Fujitsu’s commitment to quality. Customers who meet the training requirements for the most comprehensive 7-year coverage will earn Infi nity Partner status, gaining recognition as Fujitsu- accredited specialists. In addition to warranty improvements, Fujitsu is making its Comfort Club rewards programme even more accessible. Members can now nominate unlimited distribution partners, providing greater fl exibility in sourcing products. Other key updates include: ■ Voucher Points – All points remain valid for 12 months, from April to March. Points accrued during March will automatically be carried over.
■ Expanded rewards – The introduction of VEX eVouchers allows members to redeem rewards from over 150 brands.
■ Streamlined claims process – A simplifi ed online registration and claims system makes it easier than ever to manage rewards. “We recognise the importance of providing not just high-quality
products but also long-term value and support,” said Deane Flint, chief operating offi cer at Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK. “By enhancing our warranty and Comfort Club programmes, we are ensuring that our partners and customers receive the best possible service, benefi ts, and peace of mind.”

Compact in design, the RAC Solo is ideal for those with limited outdoor space, since it requires no outdoor unit or refrigerant connection, making it quick and easy to install. Requiring only two 162mm wall openings for airfl ow, the unit off ers a discreet and aesthetically pleasing solution that combines fl exibility, simplicity and sustainability. Also on display will be Panasonic’s highly effi cient Etherea Multi- split system featuring nanoeX technology. This solution provides both heating and cooling, with the added benefi t of improved Indoor Air Quality through nanoe X. This technology can help bring the incredible benefi ts of hydroxyl radicals indoors, cleaning hard surfaces and soft furnishings, enhancing the indoor environment, and eradicating certain viruses, bacteria, and allergens. Moreover, Panasonic will be showcasing its latest Aquarea air- to-water heat pump. The wide range is available in 9-30 kW and is designed with a modular concept that allows for a variety of application choices, catering to diff erent needs and property types. The units off er an A+++ effi ciency rating and high SCOP capacity with low running costs.
