Winslet has previously driven growth at organisations including EcoTherm, SiG, Armarii and Victorian Sliders, and now steps into the top role at the UK’s leading humidifi er manufacturer. succeeding Torben Christensen, who will continue to support the business in his role as Group Chairman. Lewington joins the company with a background in international sales, including more than eight years as Global Sales Director at ACCO Brands and earlier positions at Coca- Cola and Mars. His experience spans fast-moving consumer goods and capital equipment markets. Before taking up the UK
post, Lewington spent time at TEFCOLD Group’s headquarters in Viborg, Denmark, as part of the transition into the role. Speaking about his
appointment, Lewington said he looked forward to building on the UK operation’s existing foundations and contributing to the wider group’s development. Christensen said the new leadership structure would provide continuity for UK customers and staff , noting Lewington’s global sales experience and on-the-ground presence.

marketing, consultancy and sales support.
Carla Cameron has joined as UK Marketing Manager, bringing more than 27 years of B2B experience, including her most recent role as Marketing Services Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems. She said she looked forward to helping make advanced technology “easy to understand and engaging” for customers as the company continues its UK expansion.
Dan Gentle has been appointed Consultant Account Manager for London and the Midlands. With more than two decades in HVAC, beginning as an apprentice engineer in 2005, he has since founded mechanical services businesses and worked in product sales and specifi cation. He
said he was proud of the industry’s contribution to decarbonisation and noted Qvantum’s role in that transition.
Manishka Hart becomes Sales Support Manager, bringing over seven years of operational experience in procurement and business planning within the HVAC sector. She will work with distributors on heat pump and spare-parts supply, coordinate with colleagues in Sweden on stock levels, and support the UK sales team on product updates and operations. She highlighted the company’s focus on customer support.
Louis Jackson has taken up a full-
time Sales Support Executive position after completing an internship. His initial responsibilities include CRM development to improve internal processes and support growth. He said he was keen to contribute to the company’s work in advancing heat
