Bitzer UK appoints James Graham as Managing Director

itzer UK has announced the appointment of James Graham as its new Managing Director, eff ective 1 January 2026. He takes over from Kevin Glass, who retired at the end of December 2025 after a long and distinguished career with the company. Graham brings more than 30 years of
experience in the refrigeration industry and has spent the past fi ve and a half years in senior roles within Bitzer UK. Refl ecting on his new position, he said: “I am honoured to take
on the position of Managing Director at Bitzer UK. Having worked in the refrigeration industry for over three decades, and with this talented team for the last fi ve and a half years, I look forward to leading the company into its next chapter.” The company expressed its gratitude to outgoing Managing Director Kevin Glass, recognising his leadership, commitment, and mentorship over many years. Bitzer UK extended its warmest wishes to Glass for a long and happy retirement.

Diff usion names Matthew Cooper as sales director D
iff usion has appointed Matthew Cooper as its new Sales Director as the British
manufacturer prepares for a further phase of expansion across the UK heating and cooling market. The move follows a notable year for the company, which saw the launch of its Modular Highline 275 fan coil range and continued industry recognition, including an HVR Award for Air Conditioning Product of the Year. The Modular Highline platform now holds two major industry awards, refl ecting growing interest in modular, energy- effi cient fan coil systems. Cooper brings more than two decades of experience in building services and construction, with a background in working alongside consultants, contractors and architects. His remit includes strengthening Diff usion’s presence
in London, broadening UK market reach and supporting the rollout of a new fan coil concept expected this spring.
Speaking about his appointment, Cooper said he was joining a business with “a strong legacy and depth of expertise,” adding that the forthcoming product launch would “make a real impact across a wide range of applications.” Alexis Roberts, Channel Marketing Manager at Diff usion, said Cooper’s industry relationships and customer- focused approach would support the company as it continues to expand its product off ering and respond to increasingly complex project requirements. Diff usion’s current priorities include addressing sector-wide challenges such as overheating in new-build homes, refurbishment of ageing commercial stock and the
growing emphasis on embodied carbon. The company’s modular fan coil ranges are designed to support precise specifi cation and long-term
adaptability, an approach that has gained traction among consultants and architects.
