Samon and Safe Monitoring Group announce key leadership changes

ff ective 1 January 2026, refrigerant gas detection specialist Samon and its parent company Safe Monitoring Group have
announced key leadership transitions aimed at accelerating international expansion and development. Alexander Larsson, who has held dual roles as Managing Director of Samon and CEO of Safe Monitoring Group, will now concentrate exclusively on leading the group. The move is designed to strengthen strategic oversight and drive growth across global markets. “Handing over the reins of Samon is a
signifi cant milestone for me,” said Larsson. “Tobias Nilbert is the ideal leader to take Samon into its next phase.” Tobias Nilbert steps into the role of Managing
Director after nine years as Sales Director and more than 15 years with the company. He has been instrumental in shaping Samon’s commercial strategy and expanding its global footprint. “This is an exciting time in our growth journey,” Nilbert commented. “I’m energised by the opportunity to build on our strong foundation and continue delivering exceptional value to our partners.”
Federico Pasquini has been named Sales and Marketing Director, transitioning from his previous role as Head of Business Development. He brings extensive experience in sensor and gas detection technologies and will support Samon’s development and customer engagement eff orts. “I’m committed to continuing our legacy of trust, reliability, and technical excellence,” said Pasquini.
