Panasonic opens European Training Centre for Aquarea heat pumps in Pilsen

anasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has opened a new European training facility at its Aquarea heat pump site in Pilsen, Czech Republic. The Centre of Excellence provides approximately 300sqm of dedicated space for technical instruction and practical skills development. The site includes classroom areas, work bays for hands-on training, and


a full range of Aquarea air-to-water heat pump systems. It is equipped to deliver accredited courses, remote learning options, and project support for installers and technicians working with residential and commercial systems.


The facility will be used to train both external partners


and Panasonic staff , with a focus on current technologies and refrigerant handling practices.


In addition to the Pilsen centre, Panasonic has recently opened the Panasonic Lab in Barlassina, Italy. The new site, which replaces a smaller predecessor, off ers 300sqm of space for technical and theoretical training. It includes an exhibition area for high-power systems and a technical zone with operational units. Both facilities are part of Panasonic’s wider training infrastructure in Europe aimed at supporting skills development in the HVAC&R sector.
