Mondi Group has announced the acquisition of Kalenobel, the Turkish flexible packagingmanufafacturer, fofor €90million. Kalenobel, headquartered tion facilities, will be renamedMondi Kalenobel ndi’s consumer goods packaging business.
Kalenobel is a consumer packaging company that produces flexible packaging for ice creamand other applications as well as aseptic cartons.
