with Komax Gamma 311 and 333 automated wire crimping and processing machines, meaning that we are well placed to deliver high volume, crimped and processed wires with short changeover times to service a number of industry sectors.

Overmoulded Assemblies
One of the key capabilities within Telegärtner UK is our overmoulded cable assembly manufacturing skills. Significant investments have been made to further enhance the moulding capabilities on site at our Slovakian facility. With newly acquired Arburg and Boy moulding machines the high pressure mould- ing capabilities have been considerably expanded. We have the
capacity to develop projects from beginning until the end and supply a diverse range of customers throughout a number of industry sectors, such as Medical and Telecoms. In-house multi-purpose tooling design ensures that the full range of cables and connectors are covered and can be seamlessly changed to provide high volume quick turnaround capability.
