riving IIoT is the premise that smart machines are far better than people at accurately and consistently, capturing and communicating data.

‘knowledge is power’. With accurate, reliable production data, inefficiencies, production bottlenecks and wastage can be identified to further hone the production process to increase
throughput, reducing both waste and energy consumption.
Key to an effective IIoT is greater
connectivity. The typical factory floor has a disparate array of control and monitoring equipment, often from multiple vendors. All these devices will have useful real-time production and process data that can be used to further drive efficiency.
