Who we are looking for We look for a wide variety of individuals for our range of graduate-level opportunities. However, we expect all of our candidates to be talented, passionate, motivated and ambitious people who are excellent communicators and possess good commercial awareness.

Application Details The process is likely to include: an online application with your CV, online assessments, a telephone interview, group assessments and a one-to-one interview with a senior manager. It’s a quick process and one which is smooth from start to finish.
Benefits Benefits vary from programme to programme and role to role. On the whole you can expect the following: £36,000 – £40,000 starting salary, a company car, 35 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), 10 per cent in-store discount, national partnership discounts, private medical insurance and a contributory pension scheme.
