Freight Deliveries
Freight deliveries have to be booked for a specifi c time. If you have placed an on-line freight order you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team to arrange a convenient time.
If for any reason the courier is unable to complete the delivery because of lack of access, Groomers Limited reserve the right to charge the customer for any penalty incurred by the courier company and charge a second freight fee.
Buy British!
Our products are sourced from manufacturers around the world including many leading international brands. As a British manufacturer we are keen to support other British products and you will see this symbol on products made in the UK.
Postage Rates Held!
We are pleased to announce that our postage rates and free post qualifi er have remained the same. So spend £100 or more and qualify for free shipping to mainland UK for non- freight items. All other postage will be quoted at the time of booking. A new ‘large letter’ rate has also been introduced to bring down the cost of small item postage, such as a single blade or comb.
Large items for freight delivery are marked and will be charged at £45 per pallet. Some items can be despatched together on a single pallet. Exact freight charges will be quoted at the time of purchasing either on-line or by phone.
