Email advice can be a method of choice for some clients. In this course we give tips on how to give full and clear advice. This course is aimed at advisers experienced in face to face advice, who are looking to develop skills in the delivery of advice via email. This aspect of the course (a pre-course e-learning module) covers delivering advice by email. It is followed by a face to face day which will concentrate on telephone advice.
