It is said that 25%/30% growth annually globally will allow the industry to innovate, develop, provide valued and skilled employment as well as provide environmentally friendly solutions for the benefit of everyone for a long time to come.
Trenchless technology has revolutionized infrastructure development and maintenance, offering innovative solutions that minimize surface disruption. Both low-tech and high- tech methods, each with its unique applications and labour skill requirements, play a crucial role in modern construction. As the demand for efficient and environmentally friendly practices grows, the need for a skilled trenchless workforce becomes increasingly important.
While there's a shortage of skilled labour in Western economies, developing nations often have an abundance of lower-skilled workers. By bridging this gap and fostering collaboration between suppliers, cities, and governments, we can harness the global skill base to implement trenchless technologies more effectively.
As someone who has witnessed the evolution of trenchless technology, particularly CIPP, I can attest to the significant advancements made. From the early days of trial and error to today's sophisticated techniques, the industry has come a

long way. However, continuous learning and adaptation are essential to keep pace with technological advancements and evolving industry standards. By investing in training, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation, we can ensure the sustainable future of trenchless technology.
This crazy and rewarding industry is truly a privilege to be a part of. Trenchless is one big global family, it’s constantly evolving and we’re always learning from each other. I'm grateful to the industry greats who continue to inspire us and drive trenchless forward.
