Cedar is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business of IBS Publishing. IBS Intelligence for over 20 years has provided an independent perspective on banking technology worldwide, either through its research & reports, or through its consulting advice to clients.


We now plan to take IBS Intelligence to a whole new level.
