fires and dealing with what is “most important” at the time which often causes us to neglect what is important to us. This, in turn, leads to stressed out and unhappy people.


“The things you care about outside of your work


aren’t just things, they are a part of you,” said Wright. “Stress and anxiety are caused when there is a dis- connect between our values and our behavior.” The remedy? Wright suggests considering what is important to you and what gives you pleasure. Then, write down the top five values that are important to
