Sony Pictures Entertainment an- nounced Uncharted, the world’s first dark ride roller coaster based on the box office hit film, will open in mid-2023. The new attraction will be lo- cated in the resort’s Far West zone and will allow visitors to go on a dangerous search for one of the greatest treasures ever found. The most daring visitors will be


able to enjoy nearly 700 meters of a vibrant ride on this exclu- sive dark ride roller coaster that reaches over 12 meters high in a unique enveloping space, 4,800 square meters and 16 meters high. This thrilling new ride promis-


es to reveal dark and unexplored territories during an exhilarating expedition that will not fail to excite them. To this end, the new attraction will feature a pre-show full of surprises and a journey of unexpected events in a totally immersive experience in search of the great treasure. With an in- vestment in excess of 25 million euros, the project has been made possible thanks to a licensing agreement with Sony Pictures and its creation counts on the collaboration of the renowned design company Intamin Amuse- ment Rides, and Sally Dark Rides, a leading international enterprise specialising in the development of dark rides and animatronics design.

Now your path moves to Rome , where we suggest you start with The Flight of the Phoenix . You will rise up to 54 meters high, you will enjoy the Benidorm Skyline and when you blink, you will be falling at 100 km/h. All in the blink of an eye. Continue on to Inferno , a vertical roller coaster where you’ll experience what it’s like to fly. Great descents while maintaining a constant turn at 60 km/h. An attraction reserved for the bravest.


The last adrenaline rush in the Rome area you will do it in Tornado. Again we are going to raise your body up to 80 meters high, this time you will be on a flying chair that rotates incessantly, at different heights and intensities. Open your arms wide and enjoy the ride as a wonderful sight unfolds before you. Your steps take you to the Egypt area ,


where you will find one of the most exciting attractions, the Nile Falls . Travel in Pharaoh’s sarcophagus through the intricate waters of the Nile, where you will be surprised by two large falls, one of them on your back, which portends a great splash. A secret, the last position of the sarcophagus has extra water. And now yes, your trip comes to an end,


the last exciting attraction awaits you in the Las Islas area . This is the dizzying Wrath of Akiles . A rocking of emotions, while you rise towards the sky of Terra Mítica and the ship in which you travel tilts up to 120º.
