2016. He retired from EMSCO in 2011, where he had served as a Chairman of the Piedmont Chapter of The American Foundry Society. An active and faithful member of Central Presbyterian Church in Massillon, he served the ministry of outreach by preparing meals for the “Need a Lunch” program, since its inception 20 years ago. His passion was cooking but he also loved to travel and play golf. He was a friend to all he met and his passion for life extended well beyond his immediate family. Randy is survived by his wife of 46


years, Charlene A. (Brediger) Bickel, and their sons, Brian (Anna Luxenburg) and Chad (Michelle Sales), all of Massillon; grandchildren, Matthew, Camrynn and Morgan – of whom he was so very proud; sister, Cathy Jo (Chris) Evans, of Massillon; and brothers, Blair M. (Carole) Bickel, of Columbus and Bruce E. (Janet) Bickel, of Massillon; and his mother- and father-in-law,
