East Anglia Offshore Wind Limited is pleased to commence the statutory consultation for the East Anglia THREE Offshore Windfarm, one of up to six projects within the East Anglia Zone being proposed.

East Anglia THREE Offshore Windfarm is part of the second phase of development for the East Anglia Zone, and could provide up to 1,200 megawatts (MW) of energy, enough to power approximately 770,000 homes1. This project will make an important contribution to the UK’s energy and climate change targets, as well as the national and local economy.

As with the East Anglia ONE Offshore Windfarm project, consultation with local communities will play a major part in shaping the East Anglia THREE project, and I encourage you as much as possible to get involved in the process. Public information events will be held locally where members of the East Anglia THREE project team will be on hand to discuss the proposals and answer questions. Details of these events are provided in the table below.

We welcome any feedback on our plans and look forward to discussing them with you.
