Echinocyamus pusillus is a pea urchin which is usually found buri ed within coarse sediments such as sand and gravel.
Figure 27 reveals that this species was widely distributed across the ar ea of i nterest, but appeared to be absent from the north- western reaches of Area B and the extreme north of Area A.
