CDISC Online Course and Webinar Updates John Ezzell, CDISC Manager, Education Products


The CDISC Education team published the first module of Pharmacogenomics/genetics in February using new development processes and resources created the following year. The first module of Pharmacokinetics and the COPD Therapeutic Area online course are both scheduled for publication near the end of Q1 2016.


Online versions of both the Define-XML and Controlled Terminology classroom courses began development in January, with the first modules targeted for publication by the end of 2016. CDISC Education is currently developing 18 online modules in total. To view our online course offerings, please visit the training campus here.


Three Members Only Mini-Trainings were produced in Q1 of 2016 with topics including study optimization, LOINC Codes and CDISC medical device domains. More than 400 community members attended webinars during the quarter. To view upcoming webinars, please visit the CDISC website here.
