Your new role We are seeking an experienced Compost Manager who is a focussed, resourceful and enthusiastic leader, to manage our compost ope- rations. Based at our world renowned Adelaide Mushrooms facility in Monarto, South Australia and reporting to the Growing Systems Manager, you will be responsible for successfully identifying, commu- nicating and implementing sound strategies and plans to optimise the performance of our compost facility and operating assets.
What you'll need to succeed Signi cant experience in all phases of Mushroom Composting (or a similar discipline) as well as thorough risk management, planning and organisational skills. You will be able to demonstrate your, safety leadership and people management skills along with experience in pro tability and cost control accountabilities.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and balanced understanding of operational business needs. Experience in a large composting facility, leadership and computer literacy, are essential requirements to the role.
