Michael Adamson was an experienced spark. He was 26 years old and engaged to be married. He died as a result of an electrical incident which, could and should, have been prevented. In this presentation, Michael's sister talks through the catalogue of errors in health and safety management which accumulated to prove fatal and sets out the ripple effect of Michael's death, all in the hope that lessons can be learned and other deaths can be prevented.
