In this session we introduce the LRQA ‘Management Systems Manager (MSM) Competency Compass’, a survival guide to the new requirements of an MSM role and responsibilities.
Session 3 Transformation of auditing (internal and supply chains) The new Management System Standards are driving change to keep pace with how modern organisations operate, in this session we will cover the relevance of creating audit programmes, how to adapt your audit system and approach for this changing environment and the importance of evaluation and development of auditor competencies and performance.
