WASHROOM| THE SUPPLIES HOUSE ANY

WASHROOM ANYWHERE

Situated conveniently on a major thoroughfare into London, The Supplies House is

very pleased to be celebrating its one-year anniversary in its new premises in Enfield. It is however, only the office address that is fairly new; the service is well-established with more than 25 years of trading in the industry. As long standing washroom

suppliers to some of the UK’s biggest organisations, and a fair few small ones as well, we are pleased to now be able to offer an even wider range of competitive, green, washroom products and much more.

Although their headquarters are in London, the company is not restricted to southern service provision and has a broad National capability. With three distribution centres across the country, we have a wide range of more than 2,000 catalogue items, including toilet rolls, hand towels, soaps, hygiene bags, bins, air fresheners and dispensing systems, to satisfy every washroom requirement; from demanding high throughput arenas such as football stadia, through to high-end executive suites in a corporate office.

A WINNING FORMULA

The company is also able to provide cleaning machines, equipment and materials, cleaning liquids and cleaning consumables. The catalogue includes prestige brand name products right through to cost-efficient private labels, and all with a focus on both their own and their clients’ environmental footprints. With significant success in event provision (including the London 2012 Games, and the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games), we continue to work in partnership to develop and support mutual growth with Contract Cleaning companies, FM companies and direct with end users right across the UK.

ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE

Another important aspect of washroom solutions from The Supplies House is delivering consumables that meet the Corporate and Social Responsibility mandate of their clients. Environmentally friendly products are essential for their clients, but also essential for their own high standards. Where appropriate for clients, we audit all products against specific environmental criteria, visiting production premises where necessary. We rely heavily on manufacturers like Metsä Tissue and Diversey, who are industry leaders in environmental performance, to ensure that they deliver against the exacting environmental requirements of our customers, including for example, “the greenest ever games”.

The Supplies House is proud to have ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental Management certifications.

102 TOMORROW’S FM YEARBOOK 2016/17

We are members of the CHSA and the British Institute of Cleaning Sciences. The organisation strongly believes in the Industry auditing itself, and these associations provide the infrastructure to enable and facilitate this.

MAKING THE DIFFERENCE

More than this, our expert services are what make the difference. They include: • Advice on the most appropriate technical cleaning solutions • Cleaning problem investigation, resolution and support • Guidance on the most cost-effective dispensing solutions

• Training, including COSHH; innovation and new products; effective use

• Electronic ordering and management

• Country-wide delivery, in our own branded vans, with polite, uniformed drivers, directly to in-house locations wherever necessary

This is supported by competitive pricing, a proactive delivery service and dispenser provision and fitting (including free on-loan devices). We also like to think that we bring a “little extra”, with our long-standing, hardworking and professional but “fun to be with” staff, who will happily go that extra mile.

Together, we help our clients be competitive and successful by delivering green products with a sparkling personality, nationwide, right to your door.
