INTERFACE INTRODUCES TOUCH & TONES
COLLECTION Developed to stimulate the senses through a variation of texture and
colour, leading modular flooring manufacturer Interface, has launched its latest collection, Touch & Tones.
The range allows designers to create individual zoned areas separated by texture and colour - providing employees with space to work collaboratively, focus and relax within the same building.
Available in two colour ranges - the fresh neutral shades of Touch & Tones can be used to create a peaceful, calming environment to de-stress while its brighter colour range can inject life into the surroundings: to energise employees and inspire creative thinking.
With an option of three different textures including soft and shaggy cut pile, loop pile and textured loop pile the collection can be combined to define individual working areas. The ability to choose different textures and pile heights in corresponding colours is also a great way to create a textural experience within a space.
The benefits of the collection can be further enhanced by the use of Interface’s new Barricade Two - an additional effective entrance barrier mat that helps to prevent dirt entering indoor spaces, reducing maintenance costs and the need for harsh cleaning chemicals.

ITEC ENCHANTS AT LONDON’S
SLEEP EVENT Itec Contract Floors exhibited alongside sister brand Moduleo at this year’s Sleep event, welcoming architects, designers and specifiers active in the
hospitality industry to its ranges of safety, acoustic and decorative flooring.
With floors designed to bring high levels of performance without decorative trade-off, the Itec Contract Floors collection is ideal for hospitality environments requiring the practical benefits of sheet vinyl while still maintaining aesthetic principles.
Whether safety flooring with 36+ slip- restraint, or acoustic flooring that helps to quieten busy areas without specialist underlays, Itec makes it possible to tailor performance while keeping a unified look.
“The hospitality sector demands very specific talents from its flooring and with the IVC Group’s brand portfolio, we can provide designers and specifiers with a varied range of solutions,” explained David Bigland, Managing Director of Itec Contract Floors. “We used Sleep as a platform to introduce our solutions with designers keen to step beyond formulaic flooring choices, instead looking for the wear and maintenance advantages of modern sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl tiles.”
The Sleep event took place at Islington’s Building Design Centre and is regarded as one of the UK’s premier events for the hospitality sector, with many leading interior brands present offering solutions for all hospitality environments.
