TILE REVIVAL
Tile of Spain presents two key new looks by leading Spanish manufacturers, as seen at the recent Cersaie trade fair in Italy. Random, improvised geometric compositions are taking over the tile scene and humble old-school formats are making a big comeback with an unexpected twist.
TELEGÚ-R NATURAL BY VIVES

HEXATILE BY EQUIPE

BLOCK PARTY Simple, traditional formats such as classic square tiles, metro bricks or mosaic looks are big news again but have been brought bang up-to-date for 2016.
Spanish tile producers are revitalising all-time favourites with contemporary innovations. So, subway tiles come back to life in new formats, bolder colours, décor textures and pioneering inward bevels.

Another perennial look – the honeycomb tile is revisited in a new irregular hexagonal shape. Geometric patterns and hand-painted effects add interest to classic 10x20cm formats and neon coloured contours and subtle tapers reincarnate the humble white square tile with surprising impact.
