NEW CARPET ADHESIVE WITH ADDED
GRAB FROM BOSTIK Bostik has introduced a new formulation for its laybond carpet adhesive to provide extra grab, helping to combat carpet curl on larger projects.
Available in a 5kg or 15kg tub, the water- based, solvent-free acrylic emulsion adhesive ensures a fast and permanent bond, helping installers to deliver a high standard of work on time and in budget.
Providing up to 45m² of coverage per 15kg, the low voc carpet adhesive can be applied to concrete, cementitious screeds, chipboard, hardboard, plywood and smoothing compounds. It can also be used to bond textile floorcoverings over most underlays.
Suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations, the new adhesive
can also bond rigid and semi-flexible vinyl tiles and selected sheet vinyl.
The launch adds to Bostik’s family of professional flooring products, which are all clearly named and colour coded for ease of use.
To celebrate the launch, Bostik is offering the chance to win thousands of prizes, including a weekend for two at a four-star hotel. For full terms and conditions and to enter the competition, visit
