DUNEDIN Canmore area housing managers have worked with customers to produce detailed locality plans for every community.


The plans, for the two area housing teams Forth and Pentlands, detail the improvements for existing homes, the work we will do to improve communities, how we will develop our services and what we must do to make sure we provide excellent service for our customers.

Particular areas of focus include how we will engage with our customers in 2017. We’ve also looked at how we can work with key partners in local areas to make sure people get the most out of where they live. We will pay special attention to our tenants who experience social isolation as well as looking after the general wellbeing of customers, including how we can work with individual communities to tackle anti-social behaviour.
