Customer survey results will help us improve our services To understand more about how we


HUNDREDS of you have had your say on how we’re doing through our latest customer survey – and we want to say a big thank-you for your feedback. Our staff are looking carefully at the


results of the annual survey – just one of the ways we listen to you – to see how


we can further improve our services. People who took part have told us that


we’re getting it right for many of you. In some communities satisfaction with factoring services has reached 70%. But the survey is also telling us that we need to do much better in some areas.
