’M delighted to tell you that our customer satisfaction levels have reached 70% for some of our customers, while for others we recognise that there is still a lot to do. There is now a better understanding of what factoring is and what we can help you with as a homeowner. But there are still areas we need to improve and your valuable feedback will help us to do that. You can read the highlights of the results on page 7. Of course satisfaction isn’t all that we are about. We’re committed to offering jobs and training opportunities to young people in our communities and you can read about the latest recruitment for modern apprentices across the page. We’re always trying to secure the best deal we can for you and have recently re-tendered our insurance contracts. You can find out more on page 5. I started my apprenticeship in September 2014 and have been with YourPlace ever since. I spent over a year as a modern apprentice and there was lots of support and on-the-job training. Once I finished my training, I got a permanent job as an
admin assistant. Just before Christmas, I got promoted and became a factoring agent. Wheatley, including YourPlace, is a great place to be an apprentice. You get a really good grounding here and it makes you ready for any job. I love being a factoring agent. The
