DESTEC ENGINEERING LTD
Washingborough-based Destec Engineering Ltd designs and manufactures portable machine tools to assist with the installation and servicing of products for companies in sectors, such as chemical, power generation, oil, gas and marine. It also produces a range of high pressure and temperature metal sealing products that are used within these industries.
Established in 1969 Destec has a long engineering history and is always moving with the market to keep up with the industry requirements. The engineers at Destec are coming up with new ideas for the subsea connections as the market becomes more innovated and complicated. The first GSB Single bolt clamp that Destec sold into the market was in 1984 and still to this day it is in Service in the North Sea, this shows the quality that Destec achieves. All of the products are fully traceable, manufactured and inspected at Destec’s Factory in Lincoln, UK, and this gives Destec a greater control over the products that it produces.
