• Does your organisation have a defined policy for User Adoption? • How far along the adoption process is your organisation for the following B2B technologies? • Does your company have a policy governing the use of personal devices by members of staff (BYOD)? • If your company uses or plans to use B2B technologies: What is the goal, what do they hope to gain with it? • If your company uses or plans to use B2B technologies: Are there any standards or guidelines for the technology or the usage? • What are the main barriers to the adoption of new business technologies?
