The Octagon is South Somerset’s Premier Theatre offering a diverse programme with something for everyone from ballet to opera, comedy, live music and much more. With 622 seats you can expect an intimate feeling venue which manages to draw huge names and productions to the heart of Somerset. The theatre’s Johnson Studio is also home to a busy participatory programme, The Octagon Academy, and many local groups hold meetings here.

Westlands Yeovil is Somerset’s newest Entertainment and Sporting facility and is due to open in March 2017. The newly refurbished venue will be a multi- functional space with a theatre-style seated capacity of 848, a standing capacity of 1050, and a cabaret/banqueting capacity of 350. The venue will also have a number of flexible meeting rooms and work spaces for use by local businesses. With such a range of functions Westlands will be the perfect place for you to host your function.
