Surrounded by the lake and tributaries of the River Lea, Warren Weir offers a tranquil, yet all encompassing, meeting and wedding venue complementing the facilities Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa, but capable of accommodating larger meetings and events where exclusivity is important.


Warren Weir includes 84 delightful bedrooms and suites, (there are also a further 144 bedrooms also available at the Hotel), all commanding views over the lake, weir, private gardens or river with suites named after wildfowl to be found in the surrounding water meadows. The hospitality lounge on the first floor with panoramic views of the river and woodland beyond, provides the facility to welcome your guests in style or to simply relax after the pressures of the day.


Warren Weir benefits from its own leisure facilities including an indoor pool with whirlpool area, gymnasium with free weights and Technogym wellness machines, and a snooker room. However guests are also invited to use the Spa and pool at Luton Hoo’s Country Club, the tennis courts and the par 73, 18 hole golf course.
